About this job
Our company, a family-owned carrier with over 42 years in the business, is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers for an OTR fleet based out of Fort Worth, Texas. You'll run no-touch refrigerated loads mostly through the South/Southeast and Midwest (no New York), averaging 2,500-3,000 miles weekly, with no forced dispatch.
Pay
- Starting pay of $0.78 - $0.82 per mile, based on experience
- Up to an extra $0.03 CPM through fuel, safety and employment bonuses
- Daily per-diem for every night on the road
- $2,000 sign-on bonus
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
- Trainers can add up to $900 a week
Home time
You'll be off every other week for a 48-hour break, with at least a 34-hour reset.
What you'll haul
100% no-touch refrigerated freight on new 2026 5th Generation Freightliner Cascadias, equipped with EZ Pass, Pre-Pass and a company iPad with built-in GPS.
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 8 months of recent tractor-trailer experience
