CDL-A OTR Team Truck Driver — $1.00+/Mile, No Driver-Facing Cameras

Our company is looking for CDL-A team drivers for coast-to-coast OTR runs, out 3 weeks at a time. Trucks have no driver-facing cameras, and pay starts at $1.00 CPM, with an effective rate up to $1.10 CPM once accessorial pay and bonuses are included.

Pay

• Mileage rate of $1.00 to $1.00 per mile, with an effective rate up to $1.10 CPM once accessorials and bonuses are added

• All practical miles paid, both loaded and empty

• Extra pay for detention, breakdown, and layover

• Top-performing teams can earn $100,000 to $120,000 or more per driver each year

Route and schedule

• Over-the-road, coast-to-coast runs

• Out 3 weeks at a time

Equipment

• Newer trucks equipped with APUs, inverters, and refrigerators

• No driver-facing cameras in the cab

• EZ-Pass, PrePass, and Bestpass included in every truck

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with at least 6 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience

• Hazmat and Tanker endorsements required (for totes, not trailers)

• No major or serious driving violations in the past 5 years, including hit-and-run, DUI/DWI, reckless driving, or speeding 15 mph or more over the limit (full MVR and background checks are run)

• No drug-related convictions, failed tests, or refusals in the last 5 years

• No felony convictions in the past 10 years

• Verifiable work history covering the last 3 years
