CDL-A OTR Team Driver — $2,400-$2,800/Week, 4 Weeks Out/1 Home

Our company is a FedEx Ground contractor based in Jackson, MS, hauling dedicated no-touch freight out of Woodbridge, NJ. This is a team-only OTR position with a set 4-weeks-out, 1-week-home rotation and flights covered between Jackson and the terminal.

Pay

• Weekly pay runs $2,400-$2,800 per driver, averaging $2,437.50 per week based on company records.

• A safety incentive adds $41.25-$55.00 per qualifying week, paid out every six months (up to $2,145-$2,860 a year if you qualify every week).

• You can also earn extra rewards for safe driving and clean DOT inspections.

Schedule and home time

• You run 4 weeks on the road, then get 1 week home.

• While out, you work Tuesday through Saturday and are off Sunday and Monday, repeating that pattern for the full 4 weeks.

• our company covers your travel between home and the FedEx terminal in Woodbridge, NJ.

What you'll haul

• This is dedicated FedEx Ground freight only, so there's no dealing with outside brokers or shippers.

• Loads are no-touch, drop-and-hook.

• You'll run as part of a two-person team; solo drivers are not an option on these routes.

Equipment

• Trucks are 2025-2027 Freightliner Cascadias with automatic transmissions.

• Sleepers come equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, and inverter.

Requirements

• At least 36 months of verifiable experience driving a Class A tractor-trailer.

• A current Doubles/Triples endorsement, or a willingness to get one soon.

• A clean driving record with no drug or alcohol violations.

• Clear English communication for safety, dispatch, and DOT purposes.

• Reliable attendance and a professional, safety-focused approach to the job.

• You'll also complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep accurate ELD logs, follow DOT and customer safety rules, and stay in regular contact with dispatch about delays or equipment issues.
