CDL-A OTR Team Driver — $1,800–$2,000/Week + $10,000 Sign-On

DYP Transportation needs experienced CDL-A OTR team drivers for FedEx freight out of the Dallas/Fort Worth area. You'll run dedicated and undedicated regional routes in newer, assigned trucks, with no slip seating.

Pay

• $1,800–$2,000 average weekly gross

• $0.36 CPM on dedicated routes

• $0.40 CPM on URR (undedicated regional) routes

• $80/day per diem

• Paid weekly

• $10,000 sign-on bonus

• $2,000 bonus for referring another driver

Routes and miles

Expect 4,800–5,300+ miles each week. Dedicated routes run consistently to the same general areas, including Ohio, Mississippi, Utah, Louisiana, New York and Massachusetts. URR routes change week to week depending on freight and available loads. This is OTR team work, so plan on extended stretches away from home.

Schedule

• Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday

• Dispatched out of Hutchins, TX 75141

• Full-week commitment expected

• Team driving only

Equipment

You'll be assigned your own truck rather than slip-seating. The fleet includes 15 Freightliner 2026 models (automatic transmission), 10 International 2025 models, and 5 Kenworth 2022–2024 models.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• Doubles endorsement needed before you start (training support available)

• Either 1 full year of tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years, or 5 full years within the last 10 years, or qualification through a FedEx-approved CDL school as a new driver (school training can count toward experience)

• Comfortable working as part of a two-person team

• Clean driving history

• Able to meet FedEx and DOT requirements, including background check and drug screening
