CDL-A OTR Team Driver — $0.67 CPM, Up to $3,000+/Week

Our company Inc. is looking for experienced CDL-A team drivers for a high-mileage, over-the-road operation that keeps trucks running with little downtime.

Pay

• Paid $0.67 per mile, per driver

• On strong-mileage weeks, teams may run about 8,000–9,000 truck miles, putting roughly 4,000–4,500 paid miles on each driver's log

• That translates to an estimated $2,680–$3,015 gross per driver in a strong week

• Paid out weekly by direct deposit

What you'll haul

• Long-distance team freight moving between major hubs in the Southeast, Midwest and West Coast

• Shorter rotations run around 5,200–5,500 truck miles; longer ones run 7,800–9,000

• Routes, mileage and swap points shift with freight volume, customer needs and trailer availability

• Loads are typically drop and hook, often preloaded, to cut down on wait time

• Hotel stays are paid when a reset is required away from your home terminal

Requirements

• At least 12 months of recent, verifiable CDL-A driving experience

• Valid Class A CDL and current medical card

• At least 23 years old

• Reasonably clean driving and PSP record, no major violations in the past 36 months, no DUI in the past 5 years

• Clear of the FMCSA Clearinghouse

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and meet FMCSA and company safety standards

• Comfortable running as part of a team on long, high-mileage hauls
