CDL-A Driver — Home Most Nights and Weekends

Our company is looking for a CDL-A truck driver in Little Rock, AR, to deliver materials to customers while being home most nights and weekends. This is a full-time role with a steady weekly schedule and company benefits.

Home time

• You'll be home most nights and weekends on a consistent weekly schedule.

What you'll haul

• You'll deliver merchandise to customers and help with scheduling, loading and unloading materials.

• You'll work alongside warehouse staff and local leadership to support branch operations.

Pay and bonuses

• Quarterly safety bonuses are offered.

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A).

• Must be able to obtain a DOT Medical Card and give Clearinghouse consent.

• Must be able to reach, bend, and lift or push items up to 50 lbs.

• Must read, write and speak English well enough to follow safety rules, understand instructions and complete paperwork.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Three to five years of related experience or equivalent training preferred.

• Must follow Irby and DOT safety regulations and maintain high service standards.
