CDL-A OTR Team Driver — $0.45 CPM/Driver, 34 Hrs Home Reset

SPR Logistics, a FedEx Linehaul contractor based in Fort Worth, TX, needs experienced team drivers for OTR runs. You'll run with a partner, splitting the wheel and the miles.

Pay

• Tractor split is $0.90 CPM, which works out to $0.45 CPM per driver

• This rate covers the first 4,000 miles

• Weekly pay typically runs between $1,800.00 and $2,200.00

• No detention pay is offered, so staying on schedule matters

Schedule and home time

• Expect 5 to 7 days out on the road per run

• After each run, you get 34 hours at home before heading back out

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years

• Current Doubles/Triples endorsement required

• Must have prior OTR experience

• Need to be dependable with deliveries arriving on time

• Should be ready for team driving and long stretches away from home
