CDL-A OTR Solo Truck Driver — Avg $82,800–$92,160/yr

Our company is looking for a solo CDL-A driver to run OTR freight across the 48 states, with most lanes concentrated in the Midwest and Southwest. Hauls run long, averaging 1,400 to 1,500 miles, and you'll typically be out 10 to 14 days before coming home.

Pay

• Solo drivers average between $82,800 and $92,160 per year

• Trainers can earn up to $117,000 a year

Home time

• Plan to be on the road roughly 10 to 14 days at a stretch, with 2-3 days home between runs

• Company describes its home time plan as generous

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight, OTR

• Trucks are satellite-equipped and built with driver comfort in mind, using newer power units

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of verifiable OTR experience

• Minimum age 23

• No DUI or DWI on your record in the past 5 years

• Must satisfy all DOT/FMCSA standards

• SAP drivers are not being considered at this time
