CDL-A OTR Solo Truck Driver — $0.70/Mile, Home Within 2 Weeks

Alan Ritchey is looking for solo CDL-A company drivers to run OTR freight out of Atlanta, Georgia. Routes stay in the central US, so you won't be sent to either coast, and you'll never be away more than two weeks at a time.

Pay

• $0.70 per mile on all miles, from your first pickup to your last drop, loaded or empty

• Paid weekly

• Sign-on bonus offered

• Referral and safety bonuses available

• Potential to earn up to $90,000 a year

Home time

• Out no longer than two weeks per trip

• You need a secure spot to park the truck within 50 miles of Atlanta

• If you live within 50 miles of Dallas, you can take the truck home

What you'll haul

• Freight is mostly drop and hook, with about 90% no-touch cargo

• You'll drive a 2024-2025 Freightliner Cascadia, automatic transmission, well maintained and equipped with modern safety tech

• Average weekly miles run 2,800 to 3,000 for solo drivers

• Riders are welcome starting on your first day

Support

• Fuel card provided and e-logs run on Samsara

• Detention and layover time is paid

• Dispatch and maintenance staff are available around the clock

• The company owns its own yard and shop

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 1 year of verifiable tractor-trailer experience within the last 3 years

• No felony convictions or pending felony charges in the past 7 years

• Must follow all safety rules and federal and state trucking regulations

• Secure parking within 50 miles of Atlanta
