About this job
Our company has an OTR solo spot open for Utah-based drivers who want steady long-haul miles across the country in a late-model, automatic Freightliner.
What you'll haul
- Mostly refrigerated loads, with some dry freight mixed in
- Everything is no-touch, so you won't be unloading by hand
Schedule and home time
- Expect to be out 2-3 weeks per trip
- Followed by 2-3 days off before your next run
- Trip length depends on where you're based, since routes are built around your home location
Equipment
- Freightliner tractors no older than three years
- Automatic transmission
- 53' trailers
- Updated safety technology on board
Pay
- Paid per mile (CPM)
- Weekly pay estimate runs $1,202-$1,512, based on 1+ years of experience
- Up to an extra 3% weekly for safe, on-time performance
- $1,000 sign-on bonus tied to the holiday promotion
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- At least 21 years old
- A minimum of 3 months' recent Class A driving experience
