CDL-A OTR Solo Driver — No-Touch Freight, Home Every 2-3 Weeks

This OTR solo position is based out of Gordonville, MO and runs on a predictable rotation: long stretches on the road balanced by solid time at home. Freight is no-touch across the board, mostly reefer with some dry van mixed in.

What you'll haul

• Reefer loads make up most of the freight, with occasional dry van trailers in the mix

• You never touch the freight, on any load

• Trip distances and drop points shift depending on your home base

• You'll be expected to check in regularly with customers and your fleet manager to keep freight on schedule

Schedule

• Out on the road for 2-3 weeks at a stretch

• Then 2-3 days back home before the next run

Equipment

• Freightliner tractors, no older than 3 years

• Automatic transmissions throughout the fleet

• Updated safety systems built into the trucks

• 53-foot trailers

Pay

• Compensation is mileage-based (CPM)

• A weekly bonus for safe, on-time performance, worth up to 3%

• Listed pay applies to drivers who already have at least 1 year of experience running these particular OTR accounts

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• Minimum age 21

• At least 3 months of Class A driving experience in the recent past

• Reliable, safety-minded, and comfortable staying in contact with dispatch and customers
