CDL-A OTR Solo & Team Driver — Up to $3,700/Week

Our company is looking for CDL-A OTR drivers, both solo and team, running dry-van freight with pay options up to $3,700 per week. You can choose between mile pay, percentage pay, or an owner-operator setup.

Pay

• Team drivers (Mile Pay Partners) can earn up to $1.00 CPM, which can equal up to $3,500 per driver per week depending on experience (requires 2+ years of CDL-A experience and a clean driving record)

• Qualified teams can instead choose 35%-37% of gross revenue

• Owner-operator solo and team drivers pay just a 12% dispatch fee plus weekly fees

• Pay range listed: $1,500.00 - $3,700.00 per week

• Paid every Monday

• Bring a current or past paystub and they'll match it, adding $0.03-$0.05 per mile on top

Home time

• Dedicated lanes are available with weekly home time

What you'll haul

• Dry-van freight, hauled consistently

• Guaranteed miles so you're not stuck waiting around at truck stops

Equipment

• Freightliner Cascadia and Volvo trucks, fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, straps, safety vest, and company shirts

Requirements

• At least 3 months of CDL-A experience (recent grads are welcome and will be trained)

• No DUI or reckless driving convictions

• No more than 1 reportable accident in the past 3 years

• Valid DOT medical card

• This is a 1099 contract position

Orientation

Orientation takes place in Orlando, FL or Detroit, MI. Travel costs can be reimbursed, and you can finish onboarding online before arriving. Most drivers can be on the road within 2-3 days.
