CDL-A OTR Solo & Team Driver — Up to $1,800/Week + Sign-On Bonus

Tri-National is looking for CDL-A OTR drivers, solo or team, to run dedicated Central States lanes out of Laredo, TX. Freight stays in the Midwest corridor between Mexico and Detroit/Canada, with no East Coast or West Coast runs. Drivers get weekly pay, strong home time and a newer dry van fleet.

Pay

• Earn up to $1,800 per week under the new pay package

• $5,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers

• $12,500 sign-on bonus for team drivers

• Monthly safety bonus

• Driver referral bonus up to $3,500 per referral, with no cap on how many you refer

• Paid for both loaded and empty miles, plus practical miles

• Paid tolls and scales

• Weekly pay by direct deposit

Home time

• Home time described as the most in the industry, with unlimited home time offered

• Average of around 3,000 miles per week

What you'll haul

• 53' dry van freight on repetitive, dedicated lanes through the Central States

• No East Coast or West Coast travel

• About 90% drop-and-hook and 100% no-touch freight

Equipment

• Late-model Volvo trucks, with new Volvo trucks arriving in 2027

• Refrigerators and inverters on board for comfort

• In-cab scanners and the Omnitracs e-log system

• Passenger ride-along program available

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 24 months of recent, verifiable OTR experience across multiple states
