About this job
Our company is looking for Class A CDL drivers for over-the-road runs. Experienced solo drivers, established teams and some new CDL graduates can apply.
Pay
- Solo drivers earn $0.65 per mile, or 30% of weekly gross revenue.
- Teams earn $0.80–$0.85 per mile, or 35% of gross revenue.
- The posting lists $3,000.00 - $4,700.00 per week.
- Details of the pay setup are covered during hiring.
Home time
- You stay out 3–4 weeks at a stretch.
- Each stretch is followed by 3–4 days at home.
Requirements
- A valid Class A CDL.
- Solo roles need 1 year of driving experience you can verify.
- Team roles may accept drivers with under a year, including recent CDL-A graduates.
- A driving record and work history that meet the company's standards.
- You must satisfy safety and insurance requirements.
- Drivers in the SAP program are not eligible.
What you'll do
- Drive commercial trucks safely and professionally.
- Get freight delivered on time.
- Handle required inspections and trip paperwork.
- Follow DOT rules and company safety procedures.
- Keep in professional contact with dispatch and customers.
