CDL-A OTR RGN Driver — $1,800/Week, Medical Transport

Our company Inc. needs an experienced CDL-A RGN driver based near Minneapolis, MN to haul mobile medical trailers to hospitals and clinics across the country. You'll handle oversize, overdimension loads on an extendable RGN trailer, with occasional runs into Canada and Alaska.

The role

• Pick up and deliver mobile medical units of various types to hospital and clinic sites nationwide.

• Prep each trailer before transport, move it safely and on time, then set it up for the next day's use at the destination.

• Represent the company professionally, since you'll be working directly with medical facility staff.

Schedule

• Expect to be out on the road roughly 2.5 to 3 weeks at a stretch.

• Home time averages around 5 days, though it shifts based on the next scheduled run.

• You'll need to adjust quickly when schedules change.

Pay

• This is a salaried, exempt role paying $1,800 per week (about $93,600 a year).

• Orientation is paid.

• There's a quarterly incentive program, plus per diem when it applies.

Once you're past the 30-day introductory period, full-time benefits kick in: medical, dental, vision, and life coverage, plus a 401(k). You'll earn 10 PTO days (2 weeks) after your probation period, moving up to 3 weeks after 5 years, along with 4 sick days per calendar year. A rider policy becomes available after probation, subject to management approval.

Requirements

• At least 5 years driving a CDL-A tractor-trailer.

• Proven experience with extendable RGN trailers, plus oversize and overdimension loads.

• Must be able to drive manual transmission.

• Valid Class A CDL and a clean driving record.

• A professional, customer-focused attitude for working around medical clients.

• Physically able to stand, walk, climb, balance, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl during transport, and to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 pounds.
