About this job
Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers for an OTR rental lease program. You keep 88% of the load gross, with newer equipment and support provided along the way.
Pay
- You earn 88% of the load gross
- Average take-home pay runs $2,000 to $2,500
- Safety and performance bonuses up to $1,000 are available
- Refer a driver and get a $500 bonus
- You're paid every week by direct deposit
Weekly costs
- A flat $1,900 per week covers your truck rental, dry van trailer, physical damage coverage, liability, cargo and occupational insurance, the ELD fee, the Logix fee, and the direct deposit fee
Equipment and freight
- Trucks are 2020 models or newer, including Volvo, Freightliner, International, Peterbilt and Kenworth
- Both dry van and flatbed work is available
- Freight is 99% no-touch
- No forced dispatch, and dispatch stays transparent with you
- Road support is available around the clock
Requirements
- At least 1 year of CDL-A driving experience
- OTR experience is required
- Clean driving record and solid communication skills
