CDL-A OTR Rent-to-Own Driver — 1099, No Down Payment Options

Our company is offering a structured rent-to-own program for experienced CDL-A drivers who want to build toward owning their own truck while running consistent OTR freight. This is a 1099 contractor position, not a standard company job.

Pay

This is a 1099 contract role. The posting lists weekly gross earnings depending on performance, along with a separate stated pay range of $3,000.00 - $6,000.00 per week. Settlements are paid weekly.

What you'll haul

You'll run dry van, reefer, and flatbed freight OTR across all 48 states. Dispatch works to keep you loaded and moving, with no forced dispatch, so you have some flexibility in what you run. The company provides full dispatch and back-office support so you can focus on driving.

Equipment

Trucks are late-model Freightliner, Volvo, and Kenworth units with automatic transmissions, kept clean and road-ready to help minimize downtime.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of CDL-A driving experience

• Willingness to stay out on the road for 3-4 weeks at a time
