CDL-A OTR Refrigerated Driver — $1,150 Avg Weekly, Home Bi-Weekly

Swift Transportation needs an OTR refrigerated driver running out of Denver, CO on a dedicated lane to West Valley City, UT. Freight is predictable, and you'll be home every other week. New CDL-A drivers are welcome; training is provided.

Pay

• Average weekly pay of $1,150

• Trip pay runs $0.51 to $0.58 per mile based on dispatched miles, route and experience

• Starting July 13, 2026, new OTR company drivers get a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week for their first 90 days of solo driving (ask a recruiter for the full program terms)

Home time

• Bi-weekly home time on this dedicated route

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated freight on a dedicated Denver, CO to West Valley City, UT lane

• Access to a new fuel network and free showers

• Some holiday work may be required

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL, minimum age 21

• No current disqualification from operating a commercial motor vehicle under any federal, state or local rule

• No more than one preventable on-road or DOT loss in the last 2 years, no more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years, and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

• No serious traffic violations in the past year, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• No conviction for possessing, transporting or using Schedule 1 drugs on duty within the last 3 years

• Strong backing skills
