CDL-A OTR Refrigerated Driver — $0.43–$0.58/mi, Monthly Home Time

Swift Transportation's Atlanta, GA terminal is looking for refrigerated OTR drivers running out of Savannah, GA. You'll run coast-to-coast with a mix of load options.

Pay

• Trip pay runs $0.43 to $0.58 per mile based on dispatched miles, route, and your verifiable experience

• Top 25% of refrigerated OTR drivers at the Atlanta terminal average $1,400 a week

• Paychecks come weekly

• Starting July 13, 2026, new OTR company drivers can lock in a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week for their first 90 days of solo driving, under the Guaranteed Pay Plus+ program (terms apply - ask a recruiter for the full details)

Home time

• You're home on a monthly schedule

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated (reefer) freight, OTR

• Swift runs over 30 terminals across 25 states, so there's a wide range of lanes available

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL

• No DUI in the past 10 years for CDL-A holders, or past 5 years for non-CDL-A holders

• No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years, no more than 3 preventable accidents in that span, and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

• No serious traffic violations in the past year, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen; no drug-related conviction in the last 5 years; no illegal drug use or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years for CDL-A/CLP holders

• Strong backing skills expected; some holiday work may come up
