CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver — 50/50 Split, Up to $4,000/Week

Our company is looking for experienced OTR drivers to run refrigerated freight across the country. This is a percentage-pay setup built for drivers who want steady miles, clear weekly settlements, and dispatch that respects your time.

Pay

• You're paid on a 50/50 net split, with average weekly earnings up to $4,000

• Posted pay range: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per week

• Example weekly gross: up to $10,000-$15,000, before the split

• Your actual take depends on miles run, fuel costs, and the lanes you're on

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated and dry van freight, running nationwide

• Equipment is kept in good condition, and freight stays consistent

• No forced dispatch, so you know what to expect

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of OTR experience; reefer experience is a plus

• Clean MVR and PSP record

• Must clear a DOT drug test and background check

• Understanding of how to run reefer units and manage temperature settings

• Willing and able to stay out on the road as the job requires

• Dependable, safety-minded, and professional on the job
