Our company is looking for a CDL-A OTR driver to run reefer freight in brand-new 2027 Freightliners. You'll run a predictable schedule and get paid a percentage of gross instead of per mile.

Pay

• You earn 27% of gross per load, rising to 30% over time, with clear weekly settlements

• Recent drivers have brought home between $1,995 and $4,655 in a week, based on a 3-week sample that varies by lane and season

• You can request a cash advance of up to $900 per week instead of waiting for payday

Home time

• The OTR rotation runs 3 weeks on the road followed by 5 days at home

• Get a $25 bonus per load for on-time delivery

• A fuel savings bonus is also available
