CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver — 2 Weeks Out, $1,200–$1,300/wk Avg

Run OTR reefer freight across the Western 11 for a major nationwide carrier, with 2 weeks out and home time for your reset. New drivers and experienced haulers are both welcome.

Pay

• Starting pay is $0.51 per mile

• Expect 1900-2100 miles per week

• You'll also get $15 per stop

• Weekly average comes out to $1200-$1300

• Monthly bonuses available for safety and on-time performance

• Trainees earn a flat $650 per week during the 4-6 week training period, with exact length depending on your experience

Home time

• 2 weeks out, then home for your reset

What you'll haul

• Reefer freight, running the Western 11 region

• Mix of live load/unload, preload, and drop and hook work

• No touch freight

Requirements

• Clean Class A CDL

• If you have 6+ months of experience in the past year driving a 53' tractor trailer, you qualify directly (time in school, dump trucks, straight trucks, or garbage trucks doesn't count toward this)

• Under 6 months of recent 53' tractor trailer experience, you'll start as a trainee

• No SAP drivers - screening is done via hair follicle drug test

• Your CDL address needs to match the hiring area

• No terminations from your last driving job
