CDL-A OTR Reefer Driver — $0.43–$0.58/Mile, Monthly Home Time

Swift Transportation's Las Vegas terminal is looking for refrigerated OTR drivers based out of Nevada. You'll run coast-to-coast on a mix of loads with solid earning potential.

Pay

• Trip pay is calculated on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.43 to $0.58 per mile depending on your route and experience

• The top 25% of OTR drivers at this terminal average $1200 per week

• Paychecks come weekly, plus a monthly performance bonus

• New Guaranteed Pay Plus+ program starting July 13, 2026: eligible OTR company drivers get a guaranteed minimum of $1,000 per week during their first 90 days of solo driving. Ask a recruiter for the full terms

What you'll haul

• Refrigerated (reefer) freight, long-haul routes across the country

Requirements

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A license

• No DUI in the past 10 years for CDL-A holders, or past 5 years for non-CDL-A holders

• No more than 1 on-road or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years, no more than 3 preventable accidents in that span, and no major preventable accidents in the last 5 years

• No serious traffic violations in the past year, and no more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years

• Able to pass a DOT physical and drug screen, with no drug-related conviction in the last 5 years and no illegal drug use or positive/refused tests in the past 10 years as a CDL-A or CLP holder
