CDL-A OTR Owner-Operator — Keep 85% of Gross, Self-Dispatch

Our company is signing on OTR and Regional owner-operators who want more control over their routes and clear visibility into their pay. This is contract work, not a company-driver job, and box trucks and sprinter vans are not eligible.

Pay and business terms

• Keep 85% of gross revenue (ask about terms if you own your trailer)

• No forced dispatch — choose your own lanes, with a self-dispatch option

• Same-day pay options available

• No trailer payments for the first 6 weeks, with a lease-purchase option for dry van

• Rental trailers available for reefer and flatbed work

• Listed pay: from $303,479.28 per year (gross, before expenses)

What you'll haul

You pick your own lanes across OTR and regional runs, with access to dry van, reefer, and flatbed freight depending on equipment.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with at least 2 years of tractor-trailer driving experience in the last 5 years

• No preventable accidents, major violations, or more than 2 moving violations in the last 3 years

• No more than 5 employers in the last 3 years

• SAP status must show as completed in the Clearinghouse before applying

• Owner-operators need their own base plates or can join the company's plate program
