CDL-A OTR Owner Operator — $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Our company in Indianapolis, IN is looking for Class A owner operators with their own authority and insurance to run OTR routes. You'll haul mostly no-touch freight across multiple states, with a sign-on bonus and weekly pay through factoring.

Pay

• Outbound loads pay $1.61 per mile plus fuel surcharge, or flat-rate loads set by the shipper or broker (these average $0.55 to $0.80 CPM, typically running $0.55 to $0.60 CPM)

• Backhauls pay 85% of gross

• All loads are factored at 2% so you can be paid weekly

• $2,500 sign-on bonus (details given at orientation)

• Drivers average 2,500-2,700 loaded miles per week

• Low detention time, with stop-off pay available

• Payments made via ACH with authorization on file

What you'll haul

Freight is 99% no-touch.

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A with a clean driving record over the past 3 years and no at-fault accidents in that time

• Minimum 3 years of verifiable driving experience

• At least 24 years old

• Comfortable with both manual and automatic transmissions preferred

• Solid knowledge of loading, unloading and freight safety practices

• Able to work independently, manage your own schedule, and handle long-haul routes

• Must carry your own authority along with a broker agreement, trailer interchange agreement, physical damage insurance, cargo insurance, and liability insurance (plus passenger insurance if carrying riders), and must list our company as additionally insured with your insurance providers
