CDL-A OTR Mentor Truck Driver — Home 2-3 Weeks

This OTR mentor role puts you in the cab alongside a new driver, guiding them through the realities of running a truck safely and within company and legal rules. You'll be the example they follow for everything from compliance to day-to-day habits on the road.

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight, mostly refrigerated with some dry van loads

• Routes and trip lengths vary depending on where you're based

Home time

• Expect roughly 2-3 weeks on the road followed by 2-3 days at home

Equipment

• Freightliner sleeper trucks, no older than three years, pulling 53' trailers

• Automatic transmissions throughout the fleet

• Dash cams and other modern safety tech to help protect you from false claims

Pay

• Paid per mile, plus bonuses tied to mentoring and the broader driver network

• Safety incentive bonuses available

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 25 years old

• Minimum 6 months of current CDL-A driving experience
