CDL-A OTR Lease Purchase Truck Driver — SAP Drivers Accepted

KDA Logistics is looking for owner-operators to join their lease purchase program for OTR runs across all 48 states. SAP drivers are welcome to apply, and approvals can happen within a few hours of submitting your application.

Pay

You keep a percentage of the gross revenue you generate, with three plan options:

• 75% of gross revenue, which covers trailer rent, cargo liability, dispatch fee and ELD service within the 25% retained

• 77% of gross revenue, which covers trailer rent (dry van or flatbed), cargo liability, dispatch fee and ELD service within the 23% retained

• 88% of gross revenue, where only the dispatch fee is included in the 12% retained, and you pay other service costs separately

If you choose the 88% plan, separate weekly service costs are: Dry Van (53ft) $275, Reefer (53ft) $400, Flatbed (53ft) $320, Flatbed (48ft) $280, plus Cargo Liability insurance valued at $375 weekly and ELD Service at $15 weekly.

Overall pay runs $7,000.00 to $10,000.00 per week, with average weekly gross pay between $6,000 and $9,000+, and take-home pay typically landing between $2,000 and $4,000+ weekly depending on how much revenue you generate.

Home time

Expect to be out 2-3 weeks or more, with 4+ days at home between runs. Routes cover all 48 states.

Equipment

The fleet includes 2022-2026 Freightliner Cascadia and 2023-2026 Kenworth T680 and W900 trucks, leased at $699-$799 weekly depending on year and mileage. There's no balloon payment, so the truck is titled in your name once the lease term ends, and this is a walk-away lease with $0 down and no credit check. New trailers (dry van, reefer or flatbed) are provided along with cargo insurance.

Additional costs

As an owner-operator, you're responsible for:

• A $2,500 escrow, collected in 25 weekly installments of $100, refunded to you 45 days after you leave the company

• Physical damage insurance on the truck: $160-180 weekly

• Registration and highway taxes: $60 weekly

• Occupational insurance: $45 weekly

• Prepass and Transflow: $10 weekly

• TVC Benefits (optional): $5 weekly

• A truck maintenance fund at 5 cents per mile, which is refunded to you if unused

• Trailer maintenance: $100 weekly

• Tolls, using your own IPASS or EZPASS

• Fuel, which is deducted weekly from your paycheck through a provided fuel card
