CDL-A OTR Flatbed Truck Driver — Up to $0.65 CPM

Our company is looking for an experienced OTR flatbed driver to run 3,000+ miles per week. Pay goes up to $0.65 CPM, loaded and empty, with several bonus opportunities on top.

Pay

• Base pay up to $0.65 CPM, both loaded and empty

• Base rate climbs the longer you stay with the company

• Yearly earning potential up to $140,000

• Extra $0.12 CPM on permit loads and $0.10 CPM on Canada loads

• $100 for a 34-hour reset

• $75 layover pay and $75 tarp pay

• $50 for an extra pickup or drop

• $100 for a clean DOT inspection

• $250 bonus for referring another driver

• Gift cards tied to safety compliance

• Weekly wage range of $2,000 to $2,500

What you'll haul

• Flatbed freight, mostly drop-and-hook on outbound loads

Equipment and schedule

• Newer trucks, including Kenworth T680s and Freightliner Cascadias

• EZ Toll Pass included

• No slip seating

• Flexible scheduling with no forced dispatch

Requirements

• Class A CDL

• At least 25 years old

• 3 or more years of OTR driving experience

• At least 1 year of flatbed experience

• Clean background check
