CDL-A OTR Flatbed Driver — 30%-33% of Gross

Our company in Fort Worth, TX is looking for CDL-A flatbed drivers to run over the road as independent contractors. Pay is a percentage of the gross, and you would drive late-model, automatic-transmission trucks.

Pay

• You earn 30%-33% of the gross.

• Loads are paid on a Monday-to-Monday cycle.

• Direct deposit goes out every Friday, but one week of pay is held back, counted from the date of your first delivery.

• Your statement is available every Wednesday.

Bonuses

• $500 for referring another driver

• DOT inspections: $350 for a Level 1, $250 for a Level 2, $150 for a Level 3

Equipment

• Clean, fully working trucks with automatic transmission, model years 2024-2026 (Freightliner, Peterbilt, Kenworth, Volvo)

• Each truck has an APU, fridge, microwave and inverters

Routes and home time

• You can run in 47 states, including New York. The exceptions are New York City and Florida.

• A typical run is 3-4 weeks out, followed by 3-5 days at home.

• This is an over-the-road job, so the company expects you to stay consistent.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of OTR experience you can verify, including 6 months on flatbed

• A good safety record and driving history

• This is a 1099 independent contractor position. An EIN and a TWIC card are a plus.
