About this job
Our company is looking for a solo flatbed driver for OTR runs, running on a 1099 basis out of the Boston, MA area. You'll cover 3000+ miles with pay based on your experience.
Pay
- $0.90 to $1.20 per mile, depending on experience
- Paid via direct deposit every week
- Independent contractor (1099) position
Home time
- Typical rotation is 2 weeks out, then 2-3 days at home
- Drivers based near Chicago get home every week
What you'll haul
- Flatbed freight, solo driving
- Equipment is kept in good, well-maintained condition
Requirements
- Valid CDL-A license
- At least 12 months of driving experience, including flatbed experience
- Clean enough driving record: no more than 3 violations in the last 3 years
- No DUI within the past 5 years
- Able to communicate in English
