CDL-A OTR Flatbed Driver — $1,500–$2,000/wk

Our company is hiring flatbed drivers for OTR routes running out of the Rutledge, GA area, with a chance to train for oversized/overweight hauling if you're interested. You'll be out about three weeks at a time, and if you live near Rutledge you could be home most weekends.

Pay

• $1,500 to $2,000 per week

Home time

• Typically out 3 weeks at a time

• Drivers living close to Rutledge could get home nearly every weekend

• You don't need to live in Rutledge; it's just where the freight originates

What you'll haul

• Flatbed trailer loads on OTR and route-driving runs

• Opportunity (not required) to train for oversized/overweight loads if you have a year of flatbed experience

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 1 year of flatbed experience

• Comfortable driving a manual transmission

• Clean driving record (no SAP)

• Oversized/overweight experience is a plus but not mandatory

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a flatbed tractor-trailer on scheduled OTR routes

• Secure loads and handle freight manually when needed

• Inspect cargo and equipment before, during, and after each trip

• Navigate using GPS and report any delivery or road issues

• Stay compliant with FMCSA and DOT rules, including hazmat regulations when relevant
