About this job
Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers to run full-time OTR routes as 1099 independent contractors out of Orlando and the rest of Florida. You would pull newer dry vans loaded with no-touch freight and get dispatch support throughout your trips.
Pay
- You earn 30% of the gross revenue of each load.
- Trucks average roughly $8,000–$10,000 in weekly gross revenue, which works out to an estimated $2,400–$3,000 per week before taxes and expenses.
- Earnings are not guaranteed and depend on freight availability and completed loads.
- Passed DOT roadside inspections earn bonuses: $500 for Level I, $200 for Level II and $150 for Level III.

- Trucks are model years 2024 to 2027.
- All freight is dry van and 100% no-touch.
- Routes cover the entire United States.
Home time
- Plan on 3–4 weeks out, followed by guaranteed time at home that you coordinate with dispatch.
Orientation in Chicago
- New drivers go to Chicago, Illinois for a one-day orientation, a required drug test and truck assignment.
- You book your own travel. Our company reimburses airfare, a bus ticket, a train ticket or rental car costs (up to $200) on your first paycheck.
- Uber rides in Chicago for orientation and the drug test are covered, and so is the drug test itself.
