Our company, a carrier with 23 years in business, is hiring CDL-A drivers for its OTR fleet, mostly dry van. The company runs 500+ late-model trucks, about 90% of them Peterbilt 579s, with the rest Cascadias and Internationals from model years 2024-2027. Several positions are open: solo, team, regional and owner-operator.
Pay
- Dry van solo OTR (W2): 0.65 CPM base plus a 0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
- Dry van solo regional (W2): 0.70 CPM base plus a 0.10 CPM safety/productivity bonus, weekly home time and a $2,500 sign-on bonus.
- Flatbed solo OTR (W2): 0.70 CPM base plus 0.10 CPM if you hit 11K+ miles a month, plus load pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
- Dry van teams OTR (W2): 82-87 CPM split between the pair, covering base pay and bonuses, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Hazmat/doubles teams OTR (W2): 82-89 CPM split between the pair, covering base, hazmat/doubles pay and bonuses, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
- Owner-operators OTR: 75% of the load, and a fuel discount program is available.
- Bonuses are paid when 95% service is achieved.
