About this job
A small trucking company is looking for one dependable CDL-A driver for long-haul OTR runs hauling reefer and hazmat freight, running about 3,500–4,000 miles per week.
Pay
- Pay structure depends on experience and performance: $0.70–$0.75+ CPM or 25%–30% of gross
- Drivers typically gross $2,500–$3,500 per week, with strong weeks reaching $4,000–$4,500
- W2 or 1099 options available
- Bonuses are often paid for performance and consistency
Home time
Home time is flexible once you meet the minimum time-out requirement. You can stay out longer to run more, or communicate your needs and they'll plan around getting you home.

Requirements
- CDL-A license
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience
- Good driving record
- Comfortable with long-haul OTR
- Hazmat endorsement, or willingness to get one soon

- Takes care of the truck and equipment
