Our company offers new CDL-A graduates a paid mentorship program to build real-world driving skills before going solo. No prior professional driving experience is needed.
Pay
You'll receive $1,600-$1,800 per week once you finish training, paid through weekly direct deposit. Full benefits kick in after training is complete.
Training
Spend four to six weeks on the road with an experienced mentor, learning trip planning, pickups and deliveries, pre-trip and post-trip inspections, dispatch communication, and the daily routine of OTR driving. After this period, you'll move into your own truck and drive solo.
Requirements
- Hold a valid Class A CDL
- Be a graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Have a clean driving record
- Meet DOT qualification standards
- Show a safety-first, dependable attitude
- Be open to learning from an experienced mentor
