About this job
Our company is looking for new CDL-A grads to join a paid mentor program that leads into solo OTR driving. No prior professional driving experience is needed.
Pay
- During the 4-6 week mentor phase, you're paid while learning
- Once you go solo, expect $1,600-$1,800 per week
- Paid weekly via direct deposit
- Full benefits kick in after training
What you'll learn
- Trip planning and safe driving habits
- How to handle pickups and deliveries
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspection procedures
- Talking with dispatch
- The daily rhythm of OTR work
After training, you'll be handed your own truck and run solo.
Requirements
- Current Class A CDL
- Completed an accredited CDL school program
- Clean driving record
- Meets DOT qualification standards
- Dependable, safety-minded, and open to mentorship
