CDL-A OTR Driver — No-Touch Freight, Assigned Truck, Home 2 Days per 14

Our company is looking for CDL-A drivers near Columbus, MS to run OTR routes hauling 100% no-touch dry van freight. You get your own assigned truck, no slip seating, and both brand-new CDL holders and experienced drivers can apply.

Getting started

• If you're new to CDL-A driving, you'll go through a 3 to 5 week mentorship program (roughly 200 to 250 hours hands-on) with guaranteed weekly pay the whole time

• Orientation pays $300, and your transportation to get there is covered

• Already have solo experience that meets the requirements below? You'll skip the mentorship and go straight into solo driving

Experience needed

• New CDL-A holders: 120+ hours of training from an accredited CDL school, plus finishing the company's training program

• Experienced drivers: at least 6 months of verifiable solo driving (time spent training with a mentor doesn't count toward this)

Equipment

• You'll drive a 2024 or newer Kenworth T680 or Freightliner Cascadia, automatic transmission

• The truck is yours alone, no sharing with other drivers

• Bring it home on your days off

What you'll haul

• Dry van freight only, 100% no-touch

• You just drive, no loading or unloading involved

Schedule

• 14 days on the road, followed by 2 full days home

Pay once you're solo

• Average weekly gross runs $1,400 to $1,600

• The top 25% of drivers average up to $1,800 per week gross

• Your pay depends on CPM rate, miles run, and performance

• You're paid every week by direct deposit

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older

• Valid Class A CDL

• Current DOT Medical Card

• Clean driving record and solid work history

• Able to pass a DOT drug screen and background check

• Must meet all other DOT and company requirements
