CDL-A OTR Driver — $10,000 Yearly Loyalty Bonus

Our company is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers for an over-the-road role with steady pay, real bonuses and a schedule you can plan around.

Pay

• Base rate of $0.52 per practical mile for miles 1 through 2,249

• Jump to $1.00 per mile once you hit mile 2,250 each week

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

• A salary option is available instead of per-mile pay if you prefer it; ask for details

Bonuses and extra pay

• $10,000 loyalty bonus paid out on your work anniversary each year

• $100 layover pay

• Detention pay of $15 per hour guaranteed after the first 2 hours, up to $100

• Refer another driver and get $500 once they finish their first week, plus $0.01 per mile on their runs for the next 12 months

Home time

• Expect 8 days on the road followed by 2 days home, built around the 70-hour/8-day clock and a 34-hour reset at home

• You'll be off for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A

• At least 2 years of verifiable driving experience

• No more than 6 jobs over the past 3 years

• Clean driving record preferred

• Must speak English
