CDL-A OTR Cross-Border Driver — $4,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company is growing its U.S.-Canada fleet and needs CDL-A drivers for high-mileage OTR runs across the border. These routes offer steady miles and multiple pay add-ons. Trucks are modern, freight is no-touch, and pets can ride along.

Pay

• Listed pay range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year, with up to $100,000/year potential noted elsewhere in the posting

• $4,000 sign-on bonus

• Paid orientation

• Paid for picks and drops

• Quarterly safety bonuses

• Referral bonus for bringing in other drivers

• Direct deposit every two weeks

Home time and miles

• Expect 9,000 to 12,500 miles each month

• Routes run OTR between the U.S. and Canada

What you'll haul

• No-touch freight — you handle the driving, not the loading

• 53-foot trailers

• Late-model automatic trucks from Volvo, Kenworth and Freightliner

• Trucks come with GPS tracking, SiriusXM radio and Samsara e-logs

• Pets are welcome in the cab

Requirements

• Valid CDL-A license

• CDL-A experience: posting lists both a minimum of 18 months and 2 years as required

• Cross-border experience of 1 year is preferred, as is experience with reefer trailers

• A passport is needed for any cross-border runs

• Must pass a DOT road test, drug screening and background check

• Should be comfortable working with the Samsara e-log system
