CDL-A OTR Company Driver — Up to $0.70/Mile

Run nationwide OTR freight across the lower 48 as a Class A company driver (W-2). Pay scales up with your experience, plus a mileage bonus and optional per diem.

Pay

• Under 1 year experience: $0.48 + $0.10 + $0.06 = $0.64 CPM

• 1-2 years experience: $0.49 + $0.10 + $0.06 = $0.65 CPM

• 3-4 years experience: $0.50 + $0.10 + $0.06 = $0.66 CPM

• 5+ years experience: $0.51 + $0.10 + $0.06 = $0.67 CPM

• With the full $0.06 bonus included, total pay can reach $0.70 CPM

• Weekly pay ranges from $1,620.00 to $2,100.00

• Per diem available if you choose it

• Pay rates increase as your experience grows, and settlements are handled transparently

What you'll haul

Steady, consistent freight running OTR routes throughout the lower 48 states. Night driving is part of the job.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL

• At least 6 months of OTR experience within the last 12 months

• No more than 4 employers in the past 12 months

• Comfortable driving at night and covering the full lower 48
