CDL-A OTR Company Driver — Up to $0.60/Mile

Our company is hiring CDL-A company drivers for OTR runs across the lower 48 states, with no forced dispatch into NYC. Pay is mileage-based with several add-on bonuses for performance and miles driven.

Pay

• Base pay ranges from $0.50 to $0.60 per mile depending on your application

• Breakdown or layover pay: $100 per day once you're down more than 24 hours

• Detention pay: $15 per hour after a 2-3 hour wait, depending on the load

• Stop pay by leg: $30 for the 1st, $40 for the 2nd-3rd, $50 for the 4th

• Referral bonus: $300 a month for up to six months, as long as both drivers stay on

• Clean inspection bonuses of $50-$200 depending on level, plus an extra $500 after your fifth clean inspection

• Driver of the Month awards from $100 up to $500

• Weekly bonuses for loaded miles, starting at $50 for 2,100 miles and climbing to $300 for 3,600 miles

Home time

Home time grows the longer you're out: roughly 2 days off after 14 days out, 4 days off after 4 weeks, 7 days off after 8 weeks, and up to 10 days off after 12 weeks out, which is the cap.

What you'll haul

You'll run 48-53 foot dry van trailers, averaging 2,700 to 3,300 miles per week, in trucks that are mostly 2020 or newer Kenworths, Freightliners and Internationals equipped with APUs, refrigerators and ELD tablets, governed at 70 mph cruise/68 mph pedal. Love's is the primary fuel stop with T/A Petro as backup.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of recent, verifiable CDL-A tractor-trailer experience with 48-53ft trailers

• A valid CDL and DOT medical card

• Must live in one of the approved hiring states

• SAP applicants are considered if Step 5 of the Return-to-Duty process is complete (a C/TPA can be used to finish this step)
