About this job
Our company is hiring experienced OTR company drivers out of Terrell, TX. You'll haul temperature-controlled freight in late-model trucks, with all freight no-touch and pets and riders welcome.
Pay and home time
- New Home More Program: starting pay at $0.63/CPM, with 2 weeks out and 2 days home.
- True OTR Program: starting pay of $0.65 - $.70/CPM depending on experience, with 3 weeks out and 3 days home.
- Miles average 2,800 per week.
- You can sell back unused home time for $100/day, up to 7 consecutive days.
What you'll haul
- 100% no-touch freight.
- Refrigerated loads for frozen products, fresh produce, cosmetics and other temperature-sensitive goods, at temperatures from -20 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Equipment
- Trucks under 3 years old: Freightliner Cascadias with Detroit DD15 power.
- Qualcomm units, 100% e-logs and SmartDrive technology.
- Thermoking Tri-Pac APUs, 1,800-watt inverters and refrigerators.

Requirements
- Age 22 or older when you apply.
- Valid CDL-A.
- At least 1 year of verifiable commercial driving experience within the last 3 years.
- A safe driving record that meets the company's minimums.
