CDL-A OTR Company Driver — $80,000–$96,000/year, Weekly Pay

Our company is hiring experienced CDL-A solo company drivers to run over-the-road from Lincoln, NE. Pay is W2, with a stated yearly range of $80,000 to $96,000, paid weekly, and every mile is paid address to address.

Pay

• W2 base rate of $0.67 per mile. The Elite bonus program can add up to 6 more CPM, bringing the top rate to $0.73 CPM.

• Accessorial pay (layover, extra stops, breakdown, on-time delivery bonus and similar) typically adds 5-7 CPM on top.

• The Elite Driver Program can bring in up to an extra $7,400/year beyond all other pay.

• Tenure raise: a guaranteed 1 CPM increase each year.

• Weekly minimum pay guarantee.

• Per Diem Program available.

Home time

• The posting promises home time on time.

Requirements

• A valid Class A license.

• At least 6 months of recent commercial driving experience.
