CDL-A Log Truck Driver — $5,000–$6,500/Month

Our company, a forest services company based in Bend, Oregon, needs an experienced log truck driver to haul logs from woods job sites to mills, running loads from Central/South Oregon to other parts of the state.

Pay

• $5,000.00 - $6,500.00 per month

• Full-time position

What you'll haul

• Logs, loaded and unloaded at job sites in the woods and delivered to a mill

• You'll maneuver the truck into position for loading and unloading

What the job involves

• Planning routes and keeping to delivery schedules

• Checking the truck for mechanical or safety problems and handling preventative maintenance

• Logging your driving time, rest periods and mileage

• Following hours-of-service and other driving regulations, plus company procedures

• Getting and confirming delivery details, and reporting any defects, accidents or violations

Requirements

• Class A license

• Current medical card

• Clean DMV record

• Driving experience required
