CDL-A Local Tanker Driver — Home Daily, Average $1,730/Week

Dupré Logistics needs an experienced CDL-A tanker driver for local chemical hauls out of Channelview, TX. You'll run set routes to dedicated customers and be home every day, with strong hourly pay plus overtime.

Pay

• Average weekly earnings of $1,730

• Annual earnings of $90,000 or more

• $3,000 sign-on bonus

• Hourly wage with overtime after 40 hours

• Quarterly performance bonus

• Solid referral bonus for bringing in other drivers

Home time and schedule

• Local routes with daily home time

• Fixed schedule, night shift offered

• Rotation of 5 days on followed by 2 off, then 5 days on followed by 3 off

• Shift runs from 4:00 PM to 4:00 AM

What you'll haul

You'll load, haul and deliver chemical products in tanker trailers to the company's dedicated accounts, driving a 10-speed manual rig. The fleet is well kept, averaging around 2 years old. All work follows DOT, hazmat and chemical-handling safety standards.

Requirements

• Current Class A CDL

• Hazmat and tanker endorsements

• TWIC card

• At least 1 year of tractor-trailer chemical tanker experience within recent years

• Comfortable driving a 10-speed manual transmission

• At least 23 years old

• Able to pass a DOT physical

• No more than 2 violations on your MVR over the past 3 years

• No serious accidents in the last 3 years

• No DUI or DWI within the past 5 years
