CDL-A Local P&D Driver — $36.50/hr + OT

Join a local pickup and delivery team in Collinsville, IL, moving freight between service centers and customers. You'll handle loading, unloading and driving duties while keeping everything safe and damage-free.

Pay

• $36.50 per hour

• Time-and-a-half after 40 hours in a week

What you'll do

• Run pre-trip and post-trip checks on your tractor and trailer

• Keep freight paperwork accurate and complete

• Read maps, road signs, shipping documents and hazmat labels correctly

• Attach the right placards to your equipment when required

• Keep your truck clean and presentable

• Help customers fill out shipping paperwork

• Communicate with customers and coworkers as needed

• Load and unload freight with a forklift when the job calls for it

• Take part in ongoing company training programs

• Be flexible with shift times and schedule changes

• Follow the company's driver and dockworker policies

Requirements

• Minimum age 23

• At least 2 years of commercial driving experience

• Class A CDL with Hazmat and Tanker endorsements

• Current DOT medical card

• No DUI or reckless driving conviction within the last 3 years

• Fewer than 2 moving violations in the past 3 years

• Comfortable with basic math

• Fluent English speaker

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Must pass a drug test
