CDL-A Local Driver — Home Daily, No Experience Needed

Join a dedicated grocery account running out of Harrisonville, MO. This steady, year-round freight route is open to brand-new CDL-A graduates as well as experienced drivers, and you'll be back home after every shift.

Pay

• Average weekly earnings of $1,100 to $1,200

• Mileage rate between $0.49 and $0.60 CPM depending on your experience

• An added $25 for short hauls under 50 miles

• Stop pay: $10 for the first stop, $15 for each stop after that

• Extra bonus money available for strong safety performance

• Paid weekly by direct deposit

Home time and schedule

• Home every day after your shift

• Runs on the night shift

• Weekend and holiday work is part of the job, since grocery supply runs year-round

• Typical weekly mileage lands between 1,100 and 1,400

What you'll haul

• Dedicated dry and refrigerated grocery loads (reefer and dry van)

• All freight is no-touch, so you won't load or unload anything yourself

• Expect a combination of live unloads, drop-and-hook, and backhauls

• Trucks are fitted with event-triggered forward-facing cameras for driver safety

Requirements

• Valid our company CDL

• No prior driving experience needed; student drivers, trainees and recent grads are welcome

• Experienced solo drivers, company drivers, teams and owner-operators can also apply

• No extra endorsements necessary
