CDL-A Local Driver — $27/hr, Weekends Off, $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

Our company in Green Bay, WI is looking for a CDL-A driver to run local and regional delivery routes hauling food and food-related products to convenience store customers. You'll work Monday through Friday with weekends off, starting dispatch around 4:30am.

Pay

• Starting pay is $27.00 an hour

• $5,000 sign-on bonus for drivers with at least 1 year of experience

• $2,500 sign-on bonus for entry-level drivers

Schedule

• Monday through Friday, with weekends off

• Dispatch time around 4:30am

• Expect a 4-5 day work week

• Routes include local, over-the-road, shuttle, overnight, and drive-and-drop runs

What you'll haul

• Food and food-related products delivered to customer locations

• You'll handle pre-trip and post-trip inspections, load checks, paperwork, and secure freight for transport

• Deliveries involve unloading product into customer storage areas, using hand trucks, two-wheelers or lift gates as needed

• Product weights generally run from about 10 to 35 pounds, and in some locations up to roughly 60 to 90 pounds

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent

• Valid CDL-A and any required state licensing or certification

• Clean driving record (MVR) for the past 3 years

• Must pass a road test

• Valid DOT health card, or able to obtain one

• Able to lift and move freight of varying sizes and weights throughout the shift
