CDL-A Local Delivery Driver — Starting at $29.26/hr

Our company is hiring a local combination route driver in Waco, TX to deliver products to retail stores on a set route. You'll hand-unload your truck, stock shelves and coolers, and build relationships with store customers. No prior experience needed, full training provided after hire.

Pay

• Starts at $29.26 per hour

• Increases to $30.84 per hour in the quarter following your 6-month work anniversary

Schedule

• Monday through Friday

• Start time is 4:00am, shift ends when the route is complete

• Some overtime and weekend work may be needed

• Route stays local

What you'll haul

• Beverage and retail products delivered to small and large stores

• Trucks are hand-unloaded using a dolly or electric pallet jack

• Equipment may include tractor-trailers, box trucks, trailers of various sizes, and delivery trucks with liftgates

What the job involves

Expect to spend most of your shift on your feet, lifting, pushing and pulling product cases rather than sitting behind the wheel. This suits someone who likes staying active, working fast, and talking with customers.

Requirements

• Must be 21 or older

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL-A)

• Able to keep a clean DOT Driver Qualification File

• Able to repeatedly lift, push and pull at least 50 pounds

• High school diploma or GED preferred
