About this job
Drive a dedicated local grocery route out of the Denver area, running Colorado, southern Wyoming, and eastern Utah on a nationwide carrier's fleet. You'll be home every day on a night and weekend schedule, working 6 days with 2 days off.
Pay
- Mileage rate ranges from $0.70 to $0.80 per mile depending on your experience level, from 0-1 years up to 10 years and 20 months
- $17 per stop
- Weekly earnings run $1,450 to $1,581 based on about 1,700 miles a week
- Up to 3% extra bonus for safe, on-time deliveries
- Paid weekly by direct deposit
Home time
You're back home every day, with a 6-on, 2-off schedule covering nights and weekends.
What you'll haul
This is a no-touch reefer grocery lane, averaging 1,700 miles weekly with steady freight. Loads are a mix of live unloads and drop-and-hook, and reefer training is provided. You'll run new automatic Freightliner Cascadias.
Requirements
- CDL-A with at least 3 months of 53' tractor-trailer experience within the last year
- Your CDL address must match the hiring area
- Hair follicle drug screening required; SAP drivers not accepted
